In 2007, Jim Miller of Cypress TX was burdened for the HVAC Trade, an industry known for its corruption. Jim determined to make an impact for the Kingdom of God by reforming this valuable industry. He formed two companies to accomplish this.

The first company, Golden Rule AC & Heating LLC, was the flagship contracting facility to service Houston TX, residential, commercial & refrigeration through its apprenticeship model. With access to homeowners as well as the trade suppliers, much can be accomplished to impact an entire society.

The second company, Golden Rule Network International LLC, was created to equip & train other contractors by providing biblical discipleship, resources & support, as well as a license for an independent Golden Rule Company. By each contractor conforming to the word of God and applying it to all of their business endeavors, the industry can once again become a respected and trustworthy trade to be used for discipleship and evangelism. In 2010, Golden Rule San Antonio was established by proprietor, David Ehlinger.
